Right now, you can apply for licenses and permits online that do not require plan review. These include:

                      -  Siding                                                                                  -  Motorized Golf Carts   

                      -  Roofing                                                                               - Solicitor 

                      -  Window/door replacements                                            - Transient Merchant/Food Truck

                      -  Plumbing

                      -  Mechanical

                      -  Fireplace

                      -  Sewer & Water

Any permit types not listed above including but not limited to remodels, decks, additions, and all commercial permits need to be applied for by email. You can find those applications here: https://www.chaskamn.gov/156/Permits-Fees 

A 3% convenience fee will be added to card payments at checkout. 

HOW TO FIND PERMIT AFTER PAYMENT:

1. Navigate back to permit 

2. Click "Options" in top right of permit page

3. Select "Print Permit" to open permit printout for printing.
